Free Delivery Throughout SA

Here at Sex Toy Shop SA we deliver all products for FREE with absolutely NO hidden costs! All our products are usually delivered within +- 5 to 14 working days (with South African Postal Services) after confirmation of payment and depending on your location. Please note that it takes 1 - 2 days to process your order before shipment. We aim is to deliver goods within these time periods; however goods are subject to availability. The dates specified for the delivery of goods are estimations only, thus we are not liable for costs, damages, charges, or expenses incurred, caused by a delay in the delivery of the goods. We also offer a courier option at an additional fee which will take 2 - 3 working days depending on your delivery area.

Should we fail to meet approximate delivery dates, this will not be grounds for you to cancel the sale.

If you select to pay extra for the Courier option and you are not at the location specified on day of delivery, we will not be held responsible for any delays. If your parcel is sent to the Post Office and you do not collect your parcel within 10 working days after notification, the parcel will then be returned to us and you will be charged accordingly for re-sending it back to you. Lingerie and certain other products can take up to 10 working days to be delivered depending on availability.

 Please be sure to use the tracking number provided to track your parcel. Should the parcel go missing and not be recoverable, we will institute a claim against the courier company concerned. Once the claim has been settled we will be sure to refund you!
