We all know that most men will have sex whenever they can get it. But there’s one time of day that guys really, truly crave it. Many men are at their horniest first thing in the morning. The wake up with “morning glory” for a reason.

For those of you wondering why guys wake up with these “giants” it is due to a massive increase in blood circulation overnight.

Although sex is not the first thing on a woman’s mind when she wakes up, it is most definitely on your mans. Sex in the morning has its benefits. When a man wakes up he has a much higher testosterone and is well – rested.  This means he is going to have a lot more energy for sex than at the end of the long day. Morning erections often last longer as well!

Get up, freshen up and wake him under the covers! Give him a bit of time to prepare himself for some fun before work. Just because he has lots of energy for sex doesn’t mean you do. So opt for positions that are easy but still hit all the right spots.Spooning is an ideal a.m. position!!
