Here at Sex Toy Shop SA we deliver all products for FREE with absolutely NO hidden costs! All our products are delivered within +- 5 to 7 working days (with Postal Services) after confirmation of payment and depending on your location. Our aim is to deliver goods within these time periods; however goods are subject to availability. The dates specified for the delivery of goods are estimations only, thus we are not liable for costs, damages, charges, or expenses incurred, caused by a delay in the delivery of the goods.

Should we fail to meet approximate delivery dates, this will not be grounds for you to cancel the sale.

If you selected to pay extra for the Courier option and you are not at the location specified on day of delivery your parcel will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to collect it. Should you not collect your parcel from the post office within 10 working days after notification, then the parcel will be returned and you will be charged accordingly for re-sending it back to you. Lingerie and certain other products can take up to10 working days to be delivered depending on availability.

Should the parcel go missing and is not recoverable, we will institute a claim against the courier company concerned. Once the claim has been settled we will be sure to refund you!
